Consists of the records of the Four Minute Men, an association developed during World War I to provide a means for dissemination of information on Liberty Bond drives. The collection includes correspondence to and from local city coordinators. Also included is a scrapbook of the association's activities during 1917 and 1918. The organization was directed by the Committee of Public Information and acquired its name because speakers at meetings were urged to speak for only four minutes.
